Magnesium is needed for more than 300 functions of the body to work properly. It’s directly responsible for the speed at which everything ages and degenerates. Nobody is exempt.

The vast majority of people, more than 80% it’s believed, are magnesium deficient due to depleted levels in our soil and food. This can be more of a problem for our children, who can be very picky eaters, so, their levels can be even more depleted than adult levels.

We NEED magnesium to create both Melatonin, the sleep hormone, and Serotonin, the anti-stress hormone. Neither can be created without it. We also NEED it to assimilate vitamin D from the sun and activate it in the body. Vitamin D remains dormant in the body until it’s activated by magnesium, no matter what the dose of vitamin D. It CANNOT work without being activated by magnesium.

Magnesium deficient kids often suffer from growing pain, due to magnesium & boron deficiency. Magnesium converts vitamin D into calcium in the bones. Boron extends the half-life of vitamin D in the body.

Oral magnesium is poorly absorbed and often causes diarrhea. Topical magnesium is far more effective, faster acting and much safer because it by-passes the digestive system and enters straight into the blood stream via the skin, so won’t cause the negative stomach reactions that are so common from oral magnesium. It is believed the body absorbs less than 50% of oral magnesium supplements and more than 95% of topical magnesium.

I use your magnesium oil with most clients and the pain spray for those who have injuries. A while ago a woman who farms came to me for massage. She had terrible varicose veins in her legs, all ropey and bulging but not inflamed. I generally avoid those areas or apply only the lightest touch (lymphatic massage).
