Magnesium and Life
Are we getting enough?
Magnesium is essential for life. It is crucial for the effective workings of more than 300 functions of the body and mind. Therefore, it has become the most researched and science backed mineral in written history.
Unfortunately, more than 80% of westerners are not getting enough, due to it being depleted from our soils, and therefore, our food. That means that, for most of us, more than 300 functions of the body and mind are aging and deteriorating, faster than they have to.
Magnesium is absolutely essential for our immune response to existing viruses, and essential for our ability to adapt and respond to new viruses. It has been found to kill Staphylococcus in some of the most recent research.
It regulates our immune boosting vitamin D levels and is essential for the body’s ability to create melatonin, the sleep hormone, and serotonin, the stress hormone. Stress depletes magnesium, but magnesium depletes stress. So when you are stressed, just boost your magnesium intake.
Magnesium is essential for muscle health, including relaxation of the muscles that support the respiratory system, and breathing. It is essential for good bone health, combining with oxygen already present in the body, and transmuting to form calcium in the bones. It relieves cramp and pain, including nerve pain, and protects from nerve damage by preventing overstimulation.
Magnesium lowers Cortisol, stabilises hormones and improves cellular processes and skin appearance.
Chloride is also essential for life, and essential for the effective workings of the digestive system.
Magnesium Chloride spray delivers 95% of its magnesium value, via the skin, straight into the blood stream, in a very safe for all, including babies pregnant women and elderly, tummy friendly chloride form. Oral magnesium delivers only 5-20% of its magnesium value, leaving the body to excrete the rest, placing strain on the organs, so is not recommended for babies, pregnant women, or elderly.
Take a moment to remember the last time you had a swim in the sea? Most people come out feeling invigorated. The sea is extremely magnesium rich, and that invigorated feeling, after just a short dip, tells you just how fast magnesium works. Most people feel a difference within just days of using magnesium spray. For a very few, it may take just a little longer to feel the benefits, but if you persevere, you will definitely feel the benefits.
Just remember, though….
Coffee lowers magnesium levels. Zinc supplements cancel out magnesium and calcium supplements reduce magnesium absorption.
